I am a life long resident of Baltimore City. Grew up with a warm loving family and went to church... I went the wrong way... Served 48 years in prison. Went through lots of turmoil and self destructive behavior. After two decades I have begun to awaken with a help of smart spiritually helpful people. From that point I spent my time doing positive things for myself and others. I wrote, painted, exercised and developed myself into a certified yoga teacher and became a giant of compassion for those who harm me and those who try to destroy me. Those who kept me in prison.
