Maya Contreras and Ellen Novak

Obscene is a new podcast hosted by Maya Contreras (PBS’ Brewed in NY) discussing institutionalized inequalities that have been allowed to flourish through policies in the United States. This first season on Obscene, “Can I Live?” takes in-depth look at the policies that endangered women’s lives and livelihoods by exploring real-life examples of seven iconic women and the policies that forever altered their, and our, existence."
