I ROCK HEALTH

Allison Walker, registered dietitian and Pilates instructor

The I ROCK HEALTH podcast is for anyone that is interested in wellness with Jesus Christ as THE foundation.... the ROCK! I, Allison Walker, owner of Allison Walker Fitness, will meet with you in every episode to make sure you are being educated about God, fitness, nutrition, and so much more. There Is so much out there that is turning us toward pills, starvation, weighing food and counting calories. We should be focusing on God first, then real food, and fitness. If you are a parent of a pre-teen, teen, or even young adult, I soooo have a heart especially for this age group. They are learning so many false things. God put this on my heart to just put it out there for everyone to hear. Join me in this venture. I cannot wait to see the lives changed when God becomes the foundation of the wellness journey. "Therefore the Lord God said: "Look, I have laid a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure FOUNDATION; the one who believes will be UNSHAKABLE." ISAIAH 28:16
